Epistemology of Inner Peace
Realised at the Institute for Social and Cultural Anthropology, Freie Universität Berlin, this project focused on yoga’s relevance to wellbeing.
Research carried out in medical and educational institutions in India, Europe, and Japan, allowed for exploring how yoga practitioners train awareness, relate with the world, respond to challenges, and overcome suffering.

Yoga’s focus on the process, rather than goal, suggests that wellbeing is a never-finished practice of learning.
To put it simply, yoga and wellbeing are skills.
The research practically contributed to several yoga-based wellbeing education projects.
