Working as an anthropologist, lecturer and educator, I have been focusing on how we practice wellbeing.

For over a decade now, I have been developing and delivering wellbeing programmes for professionals, community, and patient groups in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

My enthusiasm, passion for exploring, and ability to engage with people from all walks of life enable rewarding and inspiring learning environments that encourage personal discovery and enriching exchange.
